Open the panel. That's where the work shows — and nobody ever looks.

Conductors dressed square, breakers labelled properly, and a schedule the next electrician can read. Done so an inspector has nothing to say.

What We Wire —
and how it's finished.

Panels, chargers, lighting and rewires, finished to a standard that only shows when somebody opens the cover.

1

We Look, And We Test

Not just at the thing you called about — at the panel, the load and how the house is fed. Most electrical problems are somewhere other than where you noticed them.

2

You Get A Fixed Price

In writing, before we start, including the permit. If the honest answer is that it can wait, we will say so and you can call us in a year.

3

Permit Pulled

We file it, and the work is scheduled around the inspection rather than hoping nobody asks. This is the part that matters when you sell.

4

Installed And Labelled

Conductors dressed, breakers labelled properly, and a panel schedule the next electrician can read.

5

Inspected And Signed Off

We meet the inspector, and you get the paperwork. A job with no record is a job you have to explain later.

What a proper panel looks like

Same wall.
Nothing else the same.

Drag the slider. Same wall and the same house — an overloaded fuse box replaced with a panel that has capacity, a permit and a legible schedule.

  • Conductors dressed square and terminated to torque spec
  • Every circuit traced and labelled, not guessed from the old panel
  • Inspected and signed off, with the paperwork handed to you

What neighbors say

Homeowners who stopped
resetting the same breaker.

★★★★★

"I'd been resetting the same breaker for two years and assumed I'd get lectured about it. Instead they traced it to a junction box in the attic that a previous owner had buried behind insulation, and fixed it in an afternoon."

PPriya S. Beaverton
★★★★★

"Asked about a charger before buying the car. They ran the load calculation, told me the panel would take it without an upgrade, and charged me for the visit rather than selling me a panel I didn't need."

MMarcus D. Aloha
★★★★★

"1948 house, three generations of wiring, nobody else would quote it. They mapped what was actually there first, staged it over three visits, and pulled permits for all of it. The inspector said it was the tidiest panel he'd seen that month."

Where we work

Wiring homes throughout
Washington County.

Most of our work is in Washington County and the neighborhoods around it. Older housing stock is a large part of what we do, so if your house still has a fuse box or wiring nobody has looked at in forty years, that is a normal call and not an embarrassing one.

Flexible financing — panel upgrades and rewires from about $140/month on approved credit.

Questions homeowners ask

Switch that circuit off at the panel if you can reach it safely, or the main if you cannot. If there is smoke, visible fire or a smell that will not clear, get out and call 911 — not us first. Once it is safe, call and we will come and find the cause. This is the one situation where a website is not the right tool.

That is a load calculation, not a guess, and it is the most common question we get. We work out what the house actually draws against what the service can deliver, and tell you plainly whether you need an upgrade first. Sometimes the answer is no, and that is a cheaper day for you.

Usually because it is doing its job. It is either too much load on one circuit, a fault in something plugged into it, or a problem in the wiring itself — and those are three very different repairs. Repeatedly resetting it is the one response worth avoiding.

For most work beyond swapping a fixture, yes. It gets missed a lot, and it surfaces at the worst moment — during a sale, or in an insurance claim after something goes wrong. We include the permit in the price rather than offering it as an upgrade.

Not automatically. Intact knob-and-tube that has not been buried in insulation or extended with modern circuits can be fine for now; the danger is in what has been done to it since. We will look and tell you whether it is a this-year job or a plan-for-it job.

Usually most of it. Fishing cable through existing walls, using attics and crawlspaces and grouping the unavoidable openings is a large part of the skill. You will see where we have to open up before we start, not after.

It is a load calculation, not a guess about amps. What gets counted, what does not, and why the answer is sometimes yes on a panel that looks full.

Too much load, a faulty appliance, or a fault in the wiring — three very different repairs that look identical from the panel door.

Intact original wiring is not automatically dangerous. What makes it dangerous is almost always what somebody added to it later.
