What We Fix —
and how well.

Repairs, doors, drywall and finish work done to a standard that holds up to a close look, not a passing one.

Repairs & Honey-Do Lists

Shelves, curtain rails, blinds, mounted TVs, squeaks, sticking windows and the six other things you keep walking past. Bring the whole list.

02

Doors, Locks & Hardware

Doors that stick, drag or will not latch, plus lock changes, deadbolts, handles, hinges and cabinet hardware that has worked loose.

03

Drywall Repair & Touch-Up Paint

Holes, cracks, nail pops and water marks patched, textured to match and painted back in — so the wall reads flat instead of advertising the repair.

1

Send Us The List

Call, text or send photos. The whole list, not the one thing you think is worth bothering us about — it is cheaper to do eight things in one visit than eight things in eight.

2

You Hear Back Today

A real person, the same day. For most lists we can price it from photos; if it needs a look, we come and look for free.

3

One Price, Agreed First

You get the list back with a price against it before anything starts. Nothing gets added without you saying yes to it first.

4

We Turn Up When We Said

A real arrival window, not 'sometime Tuesday' — and a call if anything moves it. Most lists are done in a single visit.

5

We Walk It With You

We go down the list together before we pack up. Anything you are not happy with gets sorted then, not scheduled for another day.

What a visit looks like

Same house.
Nothing left undone.

Drag the slider. Nothing was replaced and nothing was remodelled — the difference is patient repair, matched finish and the time it takes to make a fix invisible.

  • Repairs feathered and finished until you cannot see where the damage was
  • Doors and hardware set square, so they close right instead of nearly right
  • The list walked with you before we pack up, and touch-ups done on the spot

keeping a list.

★★★★★

"I had a list of eleven things going back two years. He read the whole list, told me which two needed a licensed guy, and did the other nine in one afternoon. I did not know that was an option."

"Third handyman I called. The first two never called back and the third one came out the same week. That is the entire review, and if you have tried to book this kind of work you know it is the only thing that matters."

"Patched three doorframes and a hallway the movers had wrecked. Painted it back so I genuinely cannot find where the damage was, and the price was the one he quoted before he started."

Where we work

Helping homeowners
throughout Washington County.

Most of our work is in Washington County and the streets around it, which is how we can usually get to a list within the week rather than the month. If you are just outside, call anyway — we will tell you straight if we can get there.

Flexible financing — larger projects from about $90/month on approved credit.

Questions homeowners ask

No, and it is the question we get most. Small is the entire point of a handyman — the work specialists will not take and you should not be spending a Saturday on. The only thing worth doing is saving them up: a list of eight things in one visit costs a lot less than the same eight spread across the year.

We price the list, not the clock, so you know the number before we start rather than watching it climb. Send us the list and we will tell you what it comes to and roughly how long it will take. If something turns out to be bigger than it looked, we stop and tell you before we carry on.

Yes, the same day. We know why you are asking — most people who call us have already been ghosted by someone. You will get a real person, an honest answer about when we could get to it, and a call if anything moves.

Anything that should have a licensed specialist and a permit behind it — new electrical circuits and panel work, plumbing inside the walls, gas, structural changes and roof replacement. We would rather tell you that on the phone than halfway through. If we cannot do it, we will usually know who should.

Not for most jobs. Plenty of our visits happen while people are at work — we will agree how we get in and how we lock up before the morning, and you get a message when we are done.

Usually, and that is what we aim for. The exceptions are jobs needing a part we have to order or a material that has to dry or cure overnight. If your list is going to take two visits, we will say so when we price it, not on the day.

Regularly. Turnovers, make-readies, punch lists and inspection findings are a steady part of what we do, and we understand that those dates are not flexible. Tell us the deadline up front and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold it.
